Does microneedling hurt?
A topical numbing cream can be applied beforehand to keep the treatment as comfortable as possible. Most clients describe warmth, pressure or a scratching sensation rather than pain.
How much downtime should I expect?
Redness is common for 24–48 hours, similar to mild sunburn. Some dryness, tightness or light flaking may follow for a few days.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients benefit from 3–6 sessions, depending on their skin and concerns. Texture, pores and post-acne marks usually need a course rather than a single appointment.
Can microneedling help with acne scarring?
