With over 11 years of professional experience as a dentist, I’ve dedicated my practice to facial aesthetics.
I hold advanced training in Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry and have completed the Level 7 Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables at Harley Academy—a qualification that is Ofqual‑regulated and JCCP‑approved.
As an Educational Supervisor for the NHS, I combine clinical rigor with continuous learning.
What drives me most is helping clients feel confident in their own skin—through subtle enhancements and balanced results that reflect your true self.

With 24 years of professional experience as a dentist, I’ve steered my practice toward facial aesthetics.

1. What services do you offer at NAYMA Aesthetics?
We specialise in non-surgical facial aesthetics: anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, tear trough—where appropriate), skin boosters, medical-grade peels and targeted skin treatments to refresh your complexion without changing who you are.
2. Who will carry out my treatment?
All injectable treatments are performed by the clinic owners, Dr María Padilla and Dr Nayra Noble—UK-registered dentists with advanced training in aesthetic medicine. Our advanced skin treatments are delivered by our Nurse Prescriber, Becky, who also has specialist training in aesthetics. Expect clinical standards, gentle technique, and a calm, reassuring approach.
3. Do I need a consultation first?
For any new patient, we start with a consultation to assess your concerns, medical history and suitability. Anti-wrinkle treatments require a consultation with a prescriber by law before treatment can proceed. If you’re returning, we’ll still review your plan before any new procedure.
4. Are your treatments safe?
Safety is non-negotiable. We use evidence-based techniques and high-quality, approved products, with full medical assessment and informed consent. Our approach is conservative and aims for subtle, harmonious results—natural, not overdone.
5. How long do results last?
It varies by treatment and individual metabolism:
Anti-wrinkle: typically 3–4 months.
Dermal fillers: usually 6–18 months, depending on the area, product and your lifestyle.
We’ll map this out during your consultation and review it at follow-ups.
6. What should I expect during my appointment?
We’ll discuss your goals, take a thorough medical history, perform a facial assessment and agree a personalised plan. Most procedures are quick with minimal downtime. You’ll leave with tailored aftercare and a clear idea of what to expect next.
7. Are the treatments painful?
Discomfort is usually minimal. We use fine needles/cannulas and can apply topical numbing when appropriate. Most clients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is.
8. How should I prepare for my appointment?
24 hours before your appointment, please avoid alcohol, aspirin and anti-inflammatory medicines where medically appropriate (speak to your GP if unsure), as they may increase bruising. Arrive with clean skin (no heavy makeup) and let us know about any upcoming events so we can plan timing.
9. What about aftercare?
For the first 24 hours, avoid strenuous exercise, saunas/steam rooms, excess heat/sun and alcohol. Keep the area clean, avoid touching/massaging unless advised, and follow the aftercare we provide for your specific treatment. We’re available if you have questions.
10. Good to know (nice extras patients ask about)
Cancellation policy: Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give us reasonable notice so we can offer your slot to someone else.
Privacy & discretion: We can arrange quieter appointments or out-of-hours times when available. Home visits may be possible for select cases requiring additional privacy—ask us.
